2011 'Caring Hand' Breast Cancer Quilts
I received a total of 672 squares this year. These are photos of the completed beaded quilts to be auctioned for breast cancer research funding. I have organized this project and sewn together beaded quilt squares for 7 years to honor my mother, who passed due to breast/bone cancer. Many thanks to the many contributors over the years! The auction will be at the Bead & Button Show in June 2011.
Because of the overwhelming success of this project, there will be multiple pictures
upon which to bid. It appears now that each picture will consist of 100 hand squares. Click on the pink stars to see the completed bead quilts as I sew the squares together.
